You can choose how to spend these evenings but we suggest that you make your reservations in advance by emailing the concierge at sb.concierge@viceroyhotelsandresorts.com. Please do not wait until the last minute as the restaurants are nice and intimate and have limited capacity.
Transportation to and from these off-property restaurants are at your own expense.

Incidental Expenses:
Elekta would like to cover the cost of up to a maximum of $950 ($475 per person/$950 per couple) for any food and beverage expenses you and your guest incur outside of the planned group functions* during the program dates of December 4-7, 2023. Charge these expenses to your room and we will take any allowable food and beverage charges off your hotel bill prior to your departure.
*Group functions that Elekta is organizing and paying for include breakfast in the hotel restaurant, a cocktail reception on Monday night and dinner one night.
Any other expenditures, on the hotel bill or paid separately, including any extracurricular activity(ies) outside of the planned Elekta group events or otherwise above the $950 total Food and Beverage expense allocation, will be the employee’s personal financial responsibility. Room service is not an allowable expense.
